Snowgoose 37 engine removal

Hi there,
I need to get the single central engine out of my 1996 37' snowgoose elite so I can find and fix the oil leak. Whilst there is fairly good access through the front and rear hatches to the engine bay it looks like a bit of a job to get the engine out. So, I'm asking if anyone has experience of this or if anyone knows where I might find a set of instructions for this operation?
